Mashed Fauxtatoes and Mushroom Gravy
One bag frozen cauliflower boil until soft and drain
Drizzle with garlic flavored olive oil and salt and pepper
Add one pack of IP potato puree and 2 oz milk
Puree with a stick blender
Chop one mushroom
One tablespoon trinity (green onion, bell pepper and celery)
Salute the vegetables in one teaspoon of olive oil until tender
Mix one packet of the IP mushroom soup with 7 oz of chicken or beef broth in shakes and pour over vegetables. Add one teaspoon of Kitchen Bouquet. Simmer about 10-15 minutes until thickens to gravy consistency.
The difference per one cup (recipe makes 2 cups)
