Robert has been on his journey to health and wellness over this past year. He has met his goal and continues to strive to improve his physical condition. Since loosing the unwanted pounds, Robert has returned to living a very healthy life. In fact, he has begun to really live again, enjoying all aspects of life. Loosing the weight was a challenge, yet his hard work and dedication, and perseverance enabled him to meet his set goal. He works out regularly, fuels himself with a low carb diet and participates in cross training events on a regular basis.
